Refund Policy
At Kemaily™ we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
° We have a 7 day return policy and subject to a 15% restocking fee, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to email us for a request and ship back your return.
° Items must be received back to us within 14 days from date shipped. To begin your return, please contact us by logging into your account to request an RMA. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted. We will notify you after we've inspected the return to let you know if it was approved or not.
° To be eligible for a return/refund, Items must not be unused, unwashed, free of smoke, or fragrances, etc, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense.
° We do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping but you return said order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
° There are no refunds on headbands, hair items, minky blankets, personalized blankets, personalized loveys, custom orders, monogrammed, or personalized items. Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes, colors, and/or names.
° Our fabric may be returned for store credit within 7 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
° We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.
° Delivery charges are only refunded if goods are faulty, and refund is made. If goods are faulty or have an error you have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know by email, you will need to send photo too. We will cover shipping costs in these events. After the 7 day period if we have not received photos and message the sale will be considered final.
° If returning item due to defect or error we will reimburse for shipping charges.
° We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if it was approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to the original payment minus the shipping charges. Please note it can take 3-7 business days to show up on your bank.
° Holiday items are nonreturnable/nonrefundable unless faulty.
