At Kemaily™ we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or money back and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

° Items must be received back to us within 21 days from date shipped. 

°  Items must not be used, worn, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense. 

°  There are no refunds on headbands, hair items, custom orders, monogrammed, or personalized items. Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors!! 

°  We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.

°  Delivery charges are only refunded if goods are faulty, and refund is made. If goods are faulty or have an error you have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know by email, you will need to send photo too. After the 7 day period if we have not received photos and message the sale will be considered final.

° If returning item due to faulty or an error, we will reimburse for shipping charges returning the item. Please note, replacement items will not be sent until we receive the original item.

°  If you are returning an item that had free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

°  We do not offer exchanges.

°  Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to be made. Kemaily LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

°  Holiday items are nonreturnable/nonrefundable unless faulty.
