Refund Policy
At Kemaily™ we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
° Items must be received back to us within 14 days from date shipped. To begin your return, please contact us by logging into your account to request an RMA. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted. We will notify you after we've inspected the return to let you know if it was approved or not.
° Items must not be used, worn, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense.
° There are no refunds on headbands, hair items, minky blankets, personalized blankets, personalized loveys, custom orders, monogrammed, or personalized items. Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors!
° Our fabric may be returned for store credit within 7 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
° We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.
° Delivery charges are only refunded if goods are faulty, and refund is made. If goods are faulty or have an error you have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know by email, you will need to send photo too. After the 7 day period if we have not received photos and message the sale will be considered final.
° If returning item due to defect or error we will reimburse for shipping charges.
° If you are returning an item that had free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
° Please allow up to 7 days for store credit to be made.
° Holiday items are nonreturnable/nonrefundable unless faulty.
° Please contact us immediately if the item is defective or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
