How do we pay? 
We currently accept paypal and most credit cards.

All ready to ship{RTS} orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hrs after payment clears, I will contact you if it takes longer. 

How soon will orders ship?
We process orders within 3-7 business days. 
Embroidery orders are process within 8-10 business days. 
Orders are shipped in the order that we receive them. They are then shipped USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on weight.

Delivery time varies as it depends on the speed of the USPS. It can take 2-10 days for delivery, all depends on the sort facilities and your local delivering office. 

How often do you ship?
We ship Monday-Friday, except on Holidays. If the USPS is open, we are shipping =) 

Can we insure our orders?
Yes! We highly suggest everyone purchases shipping insurance. Please note, we are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under our control. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect yourself in case of damage during shipping or your package gets lost. If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS we are not responsible, nor can we offer a refund. 

Kemaily™ is not responsible for shipping issues due to customer error. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before purchase.  
We do not refund orders sent to an incorrect address. Be sure to double check!! You will be responsible for shipping charges to have order sent back to you.

Do you offer returns?
At Kemaily™ we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for store credit or money back and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be received back to us within 21 days from date shipped. Items must not be used, worn, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customers expense. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

There are no refunds on headbands or hair items due to custom sizing. Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors, thank you!!

There are no refunds on custom or personalized orders. If you choose a different color/pattern/size then what we have shown, that is considered custom.

We highly suggest you insure and receive a tracking # for the item you are returning once your return has been approved. 

**Coupon codes cannot be refunded after purchase. You must use code at time of purchase if you have one. 

Can we cancel a order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the item has not shipped. Once the item has shipped, it is no longer eligible to be canceled.  If you purchased a personalized or custom order, you may only cancel before we start work.  Once we begin work, order is no longer eligible to be canceled.

How do we wash our products?
For best results, machine wash cool water, tumble dry low heat or line dry.

Can we send as a gift?
Yes! We can drop ship at no additional cost! You must make sure to leave the name and address in the shipping section.  If paying by credit card, be sure to uncheck the shipping box as it will leave us your address to ship too!!  We are not able to change addresses after purchase.  If the wrong address is left, we will need to cancel order and rebill.  If you would like to add a note, please leave us a note when checking out as you would like it to read and we will add it for free!


Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do! When requesting/purchasing custom listings, you must make sure prior to purchase that all information is correct. All sales are final due to the nature of the order, no exceptions.

Use of Products: Some of our products contain small elements or tags that could potentially be a choking hazard. Small children & babies should be supervised when using our products. By shopping with us you are agreeing that Kemaily™ is not responsible for misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
